Privacy Policy

Who we are

Imperial Blinds Texas LLC, 6400 Bandera Rd, STE 6420 B, San Antonio, TX 78238. Phone (210) 325-1055. Email hello@imperialblindssatx.com. We decide how the information you give us is used.

What information we receive

• What you type into the quote form: name, phone, email, ZIP code, product type, number of windows, approximate measurements, timeline, budget range and preferred language.
• A record of your permission to be contacted: the text you accepted, the date and time, your IP address and browser type. We keep it as proof that you agreed.
• How you reached the site: if you come from an ad or a link with tags (for example, the campaign), we store them in a cookie so we know which ad worked.
• Visits and clicks on the site (page views and taps on call, email or WhatsApp), in aggregate, through Google Analytics.
• What you write or tell us by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email, and the appointments you book.

What we use it for

• Answering your request, preparing an estimate and scheduling the measurement visit.
• Contacting you through the channels you accepted, and not through others.
• Knowing which ads and pages bring customers, and improving the site.
• Preventing abuse, such as automated submissions or spam on the form.
• Complying with the law and keeping the record of your permission.

Calls, text messages, WhatsApp and email

We only call or write to you through the channels you accepted. Each channel is a separate permission: you can accept calls but not text messages, for example.

Text messages (SMS): message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text-message permission with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you use the site's virtual assistant, you are talking to artificial intelligence, not a person. If you accept a call from the assistant, the call uses an AI-generated voice.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel (site hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
• Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (text messages and calls).
• Cal.com (appointment scheduling).
• Google Analytics (visit measurement) and Cloudflare Turnstile (checking that you are a person).
• Anthropic (the virtual assistant's artificial intelligence), when you use the assistant.

Cookies and measurement

We use one cookie of our own (ib_attribution) that lasts up to 30 days and stores which ad or link you came from. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to measure visits. Cloudflare Turnstile may store technical browser data to tell people from automated programs.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to handle your request, your project or later service, and the record of your permission as long as it helps show that you gave it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

What you can decide

Write to hello@imperialblindssatx.com or call (210) 325-1055. We respond within a reasonable time.

• Stop text messages: reply STOP. For email, ask us not to write to you again.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
• Withdraw a contact permission (call, text, WhatsApp or email) whenever you want.

Security

We protect information with restricted access for our team, encrypted connections and well-known providers. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable precautions to look after your information.

Minors

The site is for adults who want to quote a project. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date above.
